Keep your research moving.
Set up Article Capture, join your team, or get help with an article that did not save as expected.
Join the workspace
Ask your workspace administrator for an invitation code, then sign in with Google. Once you have joined, leave the invitation field blank on future sign-ins. Administrators can manage invitations from the workspace’s team settings.
Bring an article with you
Visit Article Capture for installation and update instructions. Open the publisher article in your browser, sign in to the publisher if needed, and choose Capture & save to library.
If a save is interrupted by sign-in, finish signing in and return to the capture tab. Use Retry save when offered, or open the extension in that same tab and choose Options & help → Resume pending capture. If the transfer has expired, capture the original article again.
Missing text or images?
Wait for the article to load and scroll through it before capturing again. Some images load only as they enter view. Check that you have access to the full article at the publisher, and compare the captured result with the original.
